Registration is now open for the 2024 OCP Regional Summit. This is an in-person event with no virtual component. All sessions will be recorded and available on the OCP website post event.

Registration Options

Early Bird: €300 + VAT (4 Dec - 2 Feb)
General: €400 + VAT (3 Feb - 23 April)
On-site: €500 + VAT (24-25 April)

A 23% Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be added to all registration options as required by the EU.

Registration fees include: Access to all sessions (keynotes, executive sessions, breakout sessions), expo hall, lunch, coffee, snack break, Day 0 reception, Day 1 reception, Future Technologies Symposium and access to all co-located workshops.

Academic Community

We welcome members of the academic and research communities to attend and participate in OCP events. We will grant a limited number of free all-access passes to the 2024 EMEA OCP Regional Summit. Complete the form below and we will respond within 5 business days. In addition to a full pass, we are happy to welcome you to the event with a personal introduction to OCP staff, and an introduction to the many ways you can participate in our Community, in order to drive innovation through open collaboration.

Cancelation Policy

A request to cancel your ticket must be emailed to [email protected]. Requests received on or prior to February 23, 2024 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after February 23, 2024.

2. Click the “Register now” button. Follow the log in instructions to authenticate yourself (this lets us know who you are) and complete the registration process. 

How to find your orders/tickets:

1. Navigate to the Regional Summit event site: https://2024ocpregional.fnvirtual.app/
2. Click the “Log in” button. Use the same authentication process you used above. Once you have been authenticated, a new link called “My Orders/Tickets” will appear in the green top nav bar. Click this link to see your order/tickets for this event.
